Freight

For security, all parcels within Australia will be sent by registered post. Our postal cost for all orders is $5.70. You will be required to sign upon delivery. If no one is at home, a card will be left with contact details.

International Orders

We deliver our garments to any place in the world. Airmail postage is calculated on the weight of the actual package and delivery times vary depending on the destination. For any international orders, please contact us directly for details.

Returns and Exchanges

We are certain you will be happy with your purchase but if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied, we are happy to exchange or to offer a refund or credit.

Clothing is returned within 14 days of receiving them.
With refunds, we will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery costs (unless the goods are faulty) .
In your returns parcel please included:

2. Address
3. Reasons & Instructions for the return.

Back Order

All efforts are taken to ensure current product availability when you place an order. However, if for some reason a product is not available after you place your order, we will contact you immediately to advise you of an approximate back order time frame or if an item is sold out completely.

After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing an order number, order details and estimated delivery date.

Your Privacy

We value the trust our customers have placed in us by providing their personal details. We do keep customer contact details and purchasing history, purely for processing orders, tracking orders and to inform you of any promotions. The information we require is minimal and is completely confidential. Delivery Times

Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery, depending on the delivery location. Your order will be dispatched as soon as purchasing details have been cleared (cheques will take approximately 3 days to clear).

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please email us immediately at info@finniganfinn.com.au. Please include your order number and name when cancelling. We are unable to accept cancellations for any orders that have been already dispatched.
